Seeking therapy or counseling for the first time can be a daunting process. I believe that it is very important that you feel comfortable with and understood by the therapist you choose. Therefore, the first two to three sessions are designed for me to get to know your present concerns and your history, as well to provide you with an opportunity to be sure you feel confident that I am the best person to help you.  I have week day and evening appointments available. Please feel free to call or email me to set-up an initial appointment.
